Q & A: Naughty Female Refs, Beavis and Butt-Head, and Which F#ck You Song Is Better

Here’s the latest fun-filled Q & A vlog filled with some really good questions this time out. Let’s get this started with the Formspring questions first:

Q: What qualities do you look for when you’re dating someone?

A: IDK… attractive, nice, funny. Not too fussy.

Q: Would you rather hang out with a small group of friends or a large group?

A: Small group. I’ll have to wait and see how I’ll do in a large group when and if I become more famous.

Q: Besides Formspring, what websites do you check the most often?

A: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and this blog.

Q: Do you have pets?

A: Yeah. I have a crazy black cat named Arthur. The other two cats, Princess Kitty and Skittles are my stepniece’s cats.

Q: What’s your favorite TV show from the 1990s?

A: Beavis and Butt-Head. Thank god MTV’s bringing them back. I just got an update that the new Beavis and Butt-Head series is due to start sometime this summer. That show has gotten me and many people in my generation through high school and it will be awesome to see them again. The new show is going to have a more contemporary feel to it but the core characters will remain the same. The only difference is that instead of music videos, they will be reviewing YouTube videos and reality shows. However my question to you is, “Can Beavis and Butt-Head survive on a network they once ruled but is now ruled by “Jersey Shore?”

Q: Which song do you think is better Lily Allen’s “F#ck You”, Or Cee-Lo Green’s “F#ck You,” more commonly known by its radio-edited title, “Forget You?” Personally the person who asked this  likes Cee Lo’s version better.

A: I agree. Cee-Lo’s version is definitely better and much funnier too.

Q: What’s your favorite video game?

A: Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for PS2. I don’t own a PS3, Wii or an Xbox 360. I can’t afford it.

Q: Which do you enjoy more … filming or editing?

A: I enjoy both equally.

Q: What rule do you find yourself always breaking?

A: No comment.

Q: Most annoying song?

A: That “Friday” song by Rebecca Black. Another update on that too: Last week it broke the 100 million view mark, which is very disturbing. The good news: She now has over 2 million thumbs down ratings and still climbing. Or should I say, falling? Hahahaha. Also I heard that she’s planning to go on tour or something like that. If that’s true, then God help us all.

Q: Have you ever been called something bad alot that you know you’re not and believe 100% you’re not?

A: Hasn’t everybody?

Q: What color are your eyes?

A: Hazel.

Q: What’s sexier: A female football player or a naughty female referee?

A: Definitely the naughty ref, unless the football player looks like Kathy Ireland did in the 1991 film, “Necessary Roughness.”

Q: Describe yourself with a word that starts with the first letter of your first name.

A: Tough.

Q: Have you ever been abducted by space aliens?

A: Not to my knowledge. Unless they did and used some memory wipe ray gun on me, it’s safe to assume that I have never been abducted by aliens.

Q: What do you do if you suspect someone likes you?

A: No idea.

Now on to the Myyearbook Questions:

Q: Do you believe in vampires, werewolves, and demons?

A: I did until Twilight ruined it. At least the zombie genre is still intact. However, in defense of 21st Century vampires, I have to say that “The Vampire Diaries” is at least halfway decent. After all, it’s got a hotter actress than Kristen Stewart.

Q: Who loves the full moon?

A: I do, I do. lol.

Q: When you look in the mirror, what is the first thing you see?

A: My face.

Q: Do you prefer crayons or markers?

A: Markers. Crayons are for kids.

Q: Are you single and looking?

A: Yes, I’m single and looking, but not for marriage.

Q: Do you fall in love easily?

A: Not so much anymore.

Q: How often do you believe it is normal to want sex? The person who asked thinks 14 times a week is 😉

A: As much and as often as possible! 😉

Q & A: Charlie Sheen (#winning) and the Truth About An American Tragedy

Well here is the latest Q & A vlog with some more questions that I answered on Formspring and on Myyearbook.com. And as I did in the last Q & A video, I started with the questions from my Formspring account first.

Q: If you could master one talent of your choice instantly, what would you choose?

A: Moviemaking.

Q: What’s your favorite clothing brand?

A: I don’t really have one, most notably because I can’t really afford to buy designer brands.

Q: What is your favorite book?

A:Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger. A very close second would be Theodore Dreiser’s “An American Tragedy” because it is based on the real-life Chester Gillette murder case in 1906 for which the trial was held right here in H-town.

Q: What was the reason that made you start youtubing, and how long have you been making videos for YouTube?

A: I was inspired by another YouTuber (Mr. Safety) and I was looking for a way to expand what I have been doing on the web (blogging and social networking) and I have been doing YouTube videos for just over 3 years.

Q: What do you think about Charlie Sheen #WINNING?! 🙂

A: No comment, although he makes for good comedy. 😉

Q: What would be your number one relationship-breaker? What is unforgiveable in your book?

A: Lying.

Q: What’s the first thing you check when you turn on your computer?

A: My Email.

Q: What part of marriage is the most appealing aspect to you (whether you’re actually married or imagining what the most appealing would be)?

A: Togetherness, even though I am not a firm believer in marriage.

Q: If you could be the president or leader of your country for one day, what would you do?

A: Boost the economy for starters.

Q: How would you describe your personality?

A: In a word: Complex

Q: What is your relationship status? (eg. single/In a relationship/other)

A: Obviously single.

Q: Are you a morning or night person?

A: Night person, partly because of my job.

Q: Do you watch “Unsolved Mysteries” at all?

A: I used to as a kid. I recently found some episodes on YouTube and the most recent episode I watched was the “Grace’s Ghost” episode because it was about the Gillette case and the possibility of the existence of Grace Brown’s ghost at Big Moose Lake. (Yes, folks, I am still planning a video about the Gillette case in the near future.)

And here are the questions from Myyearbook.com:

Q: If you had to give all your money away to a charity, what one would you choose?

A: The American Heart Association because I do the Heart Run every year. Unfortunately, I did not do the Heart Run this year because of the weather.

Q: What’s the best prank you’ve ever pulled for April Fools Day?

A: Haven’t really pulled too many pranks.

Q: What story did you have your parents read to you over and over again as a child?

A: I don’t remember.

Q: Who is the worst actor in Hollywood?

A: There’s quite a few… Don’t want to name names, but only to protect the not-so-innocent.

Q: When do checks expire? How long does a person have to cash a check after is it issued?

A: I think it’s like 90 days or something like that.

Q: If you met “the one”, what do you think it would feel like?

A: IDK. I haven’t really been in that situation.

Q: How much does physical attraction matter to you…a lot, a little, or not at all?

A: A lot.

Q: If you joined the circus, what act would you most want to perform?

A: Lion tamer.

And that is pretty much it for this segment. If you want to ask me a question and don’t have a Formspring account, you can ask in the comment section below here on the blog or on the YouTube video page.

The Cobra Always Tweets On Friday

An Egyptian Cobra very much like the one who escaped from the Bronx Zoo.

An Egyptian Cobra very much like the one who escaped from the Bronx Zoo.

This blog is a bit of a departure from what I usually do on here. But for today we’re gonna make the most of it. So anyway, here we go.

First, an update on my HCCC endeavors. I went to the open house up there last week and I got a bunch of information on what I need to do and I also finally signed up for placement testing. I officially have to go up there for testing on April 21 which is the last day I can go up for placement testing. Luckily, I was able to take a personal day off from work that day because I will probably be up there for about a few hours.  I know that because my brother took a similar test last year. And also, how would I be able to sleep enough to go to work that night if I didn’t take the personal day? But either way, I am good to go as far as that goes.

Now on to the cobra story since I already put in my two cents about Rebecca Black and the bullied kid in Oz last blog. During the week, an Egyptian cobra escaped from its tank at the Bronx Zoo. Once that happened, the zoo closed down the Reptile House until the cobra could be recovered. After all, cobras are very dangerous animals. In reality, it was too cold for the snake to venture far but that didn’t stop someone from creating a Twitter account for the wayward snake. The Twitter feed was full of tweets that described the cobra as tweeting from an iPhone going on a sightseeing tour of New York City, including a trip via ferry to Ellis Island to see the Immigrant museum. It also had some snake-themed tweets that included a new twist on an iconic line from “Raiders of the Lost Ark.” You remember that scene where Indiana Jones says, “Snakes. Why does it have to be snakes?” Well the cobra’s take on that line: “Indiana Jones. Why does it have to be Indiana Jones?” I laughed so loud at that when I was reading that on my phone at work that I decided to retweet that to my followers.

In fact the feed proved to be so popular that the feed acquired over 222,000 followers. (It could be more by the time this goes up.) However, all good things must come to an end for the snake was finally recovered and put back in his tank as of Thursday night. Will the cobra continue her tweets? Well stay tuned.

The whole cobra thing reminded me of an incident that happened to me when I went to a Reptile museum in Catskill while I was growing up (it was about 1989 or 1990). I remember I was doing a project on snakes at the time and I was looking at a snake in a tank. And then all of a sudden, I hear this rattling noise. I wasn’t sure where it was coming from at first but then I looked up and I see this rattlesnake in the tank above the snake I was looking at all coiled up and rattling at me. Apparently it was pissed off at me because I was wearing a Batman hat with the giant Batman logo on it. After all, it was the year of Batman (thanks to the Tim Burton movie.) The snake must have thought that the bat was real. On the plus side though, I was never in any danger because the rattler was in his tank and those tanks were pretty secure. However, I do find it funny that a snake can get riled up by what a person wears. I wonder what he would think about my skull and crossbones hat.

And there you go. What better way to end this than with a little trip into Blackcatloner’s secret past.
